We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service Desk Analyst – L1 to join our team, providing essential technical support to one of our customers (banking and financial institution).
Previous experience at a similar role or any type of customer support position
Knowledge of the Windows 10/11 operating system, Microsoft Office products will be a strong advantage
Proficiency in basic computer operations, essential tools and technologies
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Attention to details, ensuring that all user issues are accurately documented and resolved.
Provide end-user support: As an IT Help Desk Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service by answering user inquiries, guiding them through software usage, and offering effective solutions to their problems.
